Booking of Appointments

To secure a suitable time for your appointments, booking in advance is advised for Karpati Skin Clinic services. To book, please call (02) 9363 2395 or email  skinclinic@karpati.com.au

Facials with Eva Karpati

Please note a 30% surcharge will apply for all facial treatments and add-on services performed by Eva Karpati. Appointments with Eva Karpati are available on request or by appointment only.

Notification of Appointments

We will remind you via SMS 2 or 3 days before your appointment to allow for you to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to change or cancel a treatment appointment, 24 hours notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This policy also applies if you do not attend a booking.

Pre-Arrival Information

For your first visit allow 15 minutes to complete your skin profile details with us. Relax and unwind before your treatments and enjoy our complimentary welcome beverage.

Late Arrivals

All times given are treatment times. Late arrival will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.

Etiquette

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off or on silent during your visit.

Children 

Children must be supervised at all times.

Lost & Found

Management accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables bought into the premises. Forgotten items found in treatment rooms will be stored for a maximum of 30 days before being discarded.

Medical

It is your responsibility to inform us of any special medical conditions, medications or allergies that require special attention or consideration.

Product Return Policy

Refunds are offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned within 7 days. For product purchased online, the sender is responsible for all postage costs.

Payment Options

We accept cash, Zippay, and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Amendments

Karpati Skin Clinic reserves the right to withdraw/change information without prior notification.

Gift Cards

Are available for any of our treatments and you can purchase them from our reception, over the telephone by calling  02 9363 2395 and our online store via our website https://shop.karpatiskinclinic.com.au/ . Refunds are not available on Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Prices for services are subject to change. No shows and cancellations within 12 hours will have the service deducted from the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival for your service to enable them to be honoured. Please quote your gift card number when making your reservation to enable your booking to be secured.
